JERMAINE O'NEAL
Head Coach
Six-Time NBA All-Star Founder of Dynamic Prep, Valor Sports Agency, and Drive Nation

Jermaine O’Neal is a six-time NBA All-Star, entrepreneur, and visionary leader whose influence extends far beyond basketball. Known for his relentless drive, resilience, and commitment to excellence, O’Neal built an 18-year NBA career defined by hard work, leadership, and impact — becoming one of the youngest players ever drafted directly out of high school and one of the most respected voices in the sport.
The Vision
Today, O’Neal channels that same passion into creating pathways for athletes to succeed — not just in sports, but in life. His mission is to build a model that redefines what true development looks like: a culture grounded in discipline, accountability, education, and opportunity.
Dynamic Prep
As founder of Dynamic Prep, O’Neal leads one of the nation’s top-ranked private schools for student-athletes.
Dynamic Prep combines elite academics, professional-level training, and personal growth in a structured environment built to prepare students for college, career, and life. The program’s innovative model has made it one of the fastest-growing athletic-academic institutions in the country.
Valor Sports Agency
Through Valor Sports Agency, O’Neal empowers athletes to take ownership of their journeys — from NIL management to professional representation. Valor provides the education, structure, and advocacy that young athletes need to navigate today’s evolving sports landscape while protecting their integrity and maximizing their value.

Drive Nation
O’Neal’s grassroots foundation began with Drive Nation, one of the premier youth basketball programs in the United States.
Based in Texas, Drive Nation has produced more than 180 Division I athletes in the last eight years, establishing itself as a national powerhouse and a symbol of what’s possible when young athletes are given elite coaching, exposure, and mentorship.
Drive Nation isn’t just a program — it’s a culture. A place where work ethic, accountability, and opportunity intersect to shape the next generation of leaders on and off the court.
Legacy
At his core, Jermaine O’Neal is a builder — of people, culture, and purpose.
He believes success is earned brick by brick, through faith, preparation, and belief in the process. His journey from high school prodigy to All-Star, mentor, and entrepreneur stands as proof that greatness is not an accident — it’s a choice made daily.
“I’ve spent my life building things that last — people, programs, and opportunities.
That’s the real legacy.”
— Jermaine O’Neal
